Key Account (Sales) Executive
Labcorp seeks a Key Account (Sales) Executive to serve the Spartanburg and Greenville, South Carolina territory.
Responsibilities
Educate, instruct, and upsell assigned and newly generated accounts.
Act as a liaison between the client and Labcorp operations regarding client needs.
Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to the customer base.
Ensure customer retention through superior customer service.
Recommend client‑focused and persuasive solutions.
Manage day‑to‑day account operations.
Upsell current book of business to drive organic growth.
Collaborate with senior sales representatives to expand the book of business.
Continuously provide educational material to clients.
Resolve customer‑related issues promptly.
Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
3 or more years of previous outside sales experience or account management.
Additional Job Standards
Proven success managing a book of business.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Superior customer service skills with the ability to build trust‑based relationships.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced, competitive market.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Ability to travel overnight as needed.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
