What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and engage potential SME clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking
Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales teams
Customer Engagement
Initiate conversations with decision-makers to understand their shipping needs and challenges
Clearly communicate the value of the company’s solutions
Build rapport and create strong first impressions with prospective clients
Training & Development
Take part in a structured 12-month development programme covering sales fundamentals, prospecting techniques, negotiation, and market positioning
Learn through a mix of classroom training, shadowing, and hands‑on coaching
Collaboration & Progression
Work closely with Account Executives to convert opportunities into long-term clients
Develop into a full sales cycle role, with clear progression into Account Management or closing positions
What You’ll Receive
£35,000 base salary + strong first-year OTE
