Job Overview
As our HR AI Agent Builder, you will be the lead architect for our "agentic" Human Resources and People Operations stack. Your goal is to move beyond simple workflow automation (if‑this‑then‑that) toward autonomous systems that reason through employee data, automate HR operations, streamline talent processes, and continuously improve employee experiences. This is a "Builder" role—part Engineer, part HR Systems Strategist, part AI Workflow Architect. You will design and deploy intelligent AI agents that integrate deeply with Workday HRIS and other HR technology platforms to automate recruiting, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, workforce planning, talent intelligence, and HR service delivery.

Core Responsibilities

Intelligent Talent Discovery & Candidate Qualification: Deploy AI agents that automatically source, enrich, and qualify candidates by analyzing resumes, professional profiles, skills data, certifications, and career trajectories to identify strong‑fit candidates for open roles.

Autonomous Recruiting Operations: Build agents that independently manage recruiting workflows, including candidate screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, follow‑up communications, and hiring pipeline optimization.

Dynamic Employee Lifecycle Automation: Design AI agents that monitor employee lifecycle events and automatically trigger personalized workflows for onboarding, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, learning programs, and offboarding processes.

Workforce Planning & Talent Intelligence: Develop agents that analyze workforce trends, attrition risks, hiring forecasts, organizational changes, skill gaps, and succession planning requirements to provide actionable recommendations to HR leadership.

HR Service Delivery & Employee Support: Build AI‑powered HR assistants that can answer employee questions, retrieve policy information, manage HR requests, and automate case management while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Performance & Guardrails: Establish human‑in‑the‑loop protocols, evaluation frameworks, and governance mechanisms to ensure AI‑generated outputs align with company policies, legal requirements, DEI guidelines, and security standards.

System Orchestration: Connect AI agents to our core HR technology stack—Workday HRIS, ATS platforms, learning systems, employee engagement tools, and internal knowledge bases—ensuring seamless data flow and automated write‑backs.
