Responsibilities
Cultivate long‑lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs and mitigate complaints to ensure continued business
Ensure sales staff achieve their goals by making sales plans for each representative, setting individual targets, assigning territories, and managing training programs
Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
Determine sales strategies and objectives to hit sales goals
Provide counsel to sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field
At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department
Exemplary communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Proven track record of success in sales
Compensation
$160,000 - $200,000 per year
