We’re partnering with a rapidly growing medical device company that is expanding its Central Texas team and looking for a high-energy Territory Representative to support a successful Austin/San Antonio market.
This is an opportunity to work side‑by‑side with an experienced Territory Manager, learn the business, develop physician relationships, cover cases, and position yourself for future advancement as the territory continues to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support cases and provide clinical coverage
Work directly with physicians and office staff
Help drive utilization within existing accounts
Build referral relationships throughout the market
Learn the commercial side of territory management
Become a trusted resource for your customers
This role is much more than simply showing up to cases. You’ll be expected to help grow business, build relationships, and become a key part of the territory’s future success.
Who We’re Looking For
Ideally, you have:
1-3 years of medical device experience
Experience working with physicians in procedural settings
A competitive mindset
The ability to work independently
A desire to build a long-term career in medical device sales
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
Spine
Pain Management
Orthopedics
Interventional Procedures
Surgical Sales
Strong candidates from other medical device specialties will also be considered.
Territory
The territory covers:
San Antonio
Austin
San Marcos
Temple
College Station
Candidates can be based in either San Antonio or Austin.
