UiPath Solution Architect

Title: UiPath Solution Architect – Healthcare Provider & Epic Systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and govern enterprise-scale UiPath automation architecture across healthcare environments.
• Architect integrations between UiPath, Epic EHR, payer systems, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
• Define automation standards, reusable frameworks, CI/CD practices, and governance models for the Automation CoE.
• Lead solution design reviews, architecture approvals, and technical decision-making for complex automation initiatives.
• Design HIPAA-compliant solutions with strong security, audit logging, credential management, and PHI protection.
• Drive intelligent automation initiatives leveraging UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, Process Mining, and GenAI capabilities.
• Collaborate with business, IT, Epic, security, and executive stakeholders to build automation roadmaps and strategy.
• Mentor senior developers and serve as the highest-level technical escalation point for architecture and integration challenges.

PROFILE:
• 7-15+ years of overall experience.
• 7+ years of UiPath automation experience.
• 3+ years in Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or Principal Developer roles.
• Strong healthcare provider and Epic ecosystem exposure.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-grade, secure, scalable automation platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• UiPath Solution Architect certification highly preferred.

Years of Experience Required:
• Minimum 7 years of overall UiPath RPA experience
• Minimum 3 years in Solution Architect, Principal Developer, Technical Lead, or Enterprise Automation Architect roles
• Preferred: 10+ years total experience in automation, integration, or enterprise architecture

Education Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Enterprise Architecture, or related field required
• Master's degree preferred
