Job Summary

ryWe are seeking a highly skilled UiPath Solution Architect / Senior Automation Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise automation solutions. This role requires strong hands-on experience in UiPath development combined with solution architecture expertise to design scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solution
s.The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, participate in architecture and design discussions, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality automation solutions. This is a hands-on technical role where the individual will contribute to development while driving best practices, solution design, and overall delivery excellenc
Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and design scalable, reusable, and maintainable UiPath automation solutio
Define solution architecture, technical approach, and development standards for automation initiativ
Design reusable frameworks, components, and libraries to improve development efficien
Evaluate technical challenges and recommend optimal automation approach
Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, and coding standar
Hands-on Development

Build reusable workflows, libraries, and custom componen
Integrate UiPath solutions with APIs, databases, web services, and enterprise applicatio
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical resolutio
Optimize automation performance, reliability, and maintainabili
Technical Leadership

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to UiPath develope

ionsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fi
eld.8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6 years of hands-on UiPath development experie
nce.Strong experience designing and developing enterprise-scale UiPath automation soluti
ons.Expert knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding, Integration Services, and Agentic Automation capabilit
ies.Strong experience developing reusable frameworks, libraries, and compone
nts.Experience integrating UiPath with REST APIs, databases, web services, and enterprise applicati
ons.Strong knowledge of exception handling, logging, queue-based processing, and transaction managem
ent.Experience performing technical design reviews and code revi
ews.Proficiency in SQL and .NET/VB.
