Senior Broadcast IT Engineer Job at QVC in West Goshen Twp

Senior Broadcast Engineer Onsite role in West Chester, PA. Relocation assistance is not available.
Responsibilities Provide 2nd and 3rd tier support for broadcast IT systems, including after‑hours support in a 24x7x365 environment.
Administer broadcast IT infrastructure to ensure system performance, stability, and availability.
Troubleshoot escalated issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
Partner with Broadcast Engineering Architects to support system design, requirements, installations, and integrations.
Support the IT components of broadcast systems, including video routers, audio mixers, cameras, and intercom systems.
Lead the testing, setup, and configuration of hardware and software for broadcast IT environments.
Be the subject matter expert for broadcast IT disaster recovery, planning and testing.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years’ experience in a broadcasting IT multi‑tiered environment installing, monitoring, and troubleshooting broadcast systems.
IT certification preferred (CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft, VMWare).
Proficiency with CAD or other broadcast line‑drawing software.
Experience maintaining a SMPTE‑2110 environment.
Network administration experience.
Experience in Windows administration, network administration, database administration, and server technologies preferred.
