Job Description
Help build technology roadmaps to improve IT environment. Support service and solution sales using knowledge of managed services and IT cost models. Lead monthly client meetings to review service reports, IT projects, and escalations. Identify and mitigate service issues. Communicate IT issues, impacts, and remediation plans to stakeholders. Maintain vendor and partner relationships. Use Netsurit proprietary tools to deliver insights and support performance optimization. Implement IT policies and process improvements within client environments. Analyze client needs to customize IT solutions using existing tools and services.
2yr. Exp. Req. Knowledge of ConnectWise, Microsoft CSP, Brightgauge and N-able Remote Monitoring. Hybrid, on site twice a week.
