Responsibilities
Coordinate speaker and presenter logistics, including outreach, onboarding, scheduling, content collection, and event support
Assist with the planning and execution of educational programs, conferences, webinars, and industry events
Manage project timelines, materials, and communications to ensure successful program delivery
Serve as a primary point of contact for speakers, facilitators, partners, and attendees
Track program metrics, evaluations, and participant feedback to support continuous improvement efforts
Provide onsite and virtual event support, including troubleshooting and adapting to changing priorities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of educational initiatives
Support partner communications, sponsorship deliverables, and event logistics
Assist with webinar production and ongoing development of virtual learning opportunities
Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in program coordination, education, training, events, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Professional and customer‑focused approach when interacting with members, speakers, and partners
Experience working for a membership organization, association, nonprofit, or professional services environment is preferred
