Sales Coordinator
Responsible providing support for Sales Department Managers.

Essential Functions

Answer phone calls, record accurate messages.

Prepare contracts and addendums accurately.

Create detailed proposals in Word or PowerPoint, check online booking engines, and assign leads to managers.

Fill out forms and prepare amenities and gifts for guests.

Assist with travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for director approval.

Participate in Lead (RFP) assignments following sales guidelines.

Maintain Delphi database: enter bookings, meeting space, notes, and adjust group information.

Monitor and organize email to ensure no requests are missed.

Education

High School Diploma required.

Experience & Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.

Hospitality experience preferred.

Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Public Relations preferred.

Experience with OnQ and Delphi platforms is a plus.
