Program Manager

We're looking for a program manager to work within our Creative Operations team. The successful candidate is curious, a problem solver and a creative thinker who will support the management and maintenance of the tools that are used within the Creative team. Must have at least 5 years experience in Salesforce and Workfront operational duties under an enterprise umbrella. Identifies and resolves technical problems, leads system and tool enhancements and implementations, and oversees daily operational tickets and issues. Manages and develops user guidance documentation and conducts trainings for creative & cross functional teams. Creates and compiles creative program and project reports as requested for the needs of the business. This candidate will collaborate with various business partners, internal and external to the creative team. Familiarity with creative workflows, marketing processes and creative production lifecycles.
