What You'll Be Doing
The Product & Relationship Management Associate assists with daily platform management of Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) and Mutual Funds/529 Plans. Responsibilities include initial evaluation of these products for acceptability, viability, and risk; conducting product comparisons; monitoring asset flow and industry trends; maintaining in-depth product knowledge; collaborating with Product Management, Product Advice, Relationship Management, Research, Alternative Investments, Marketing, Control/Compliance, Legal, Program Management, Operations, and Mutual Fund Operations; and performing special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For
Performs initial onboarding and ongoing review of ETPs, Mutual Funds, and 529 Savings Plans products to determine suitability for Stifel's Financial Advisors and clients; reviews for suitability, complexity, and potential negative effects; documents processes via onboarding due diligence reports; updates internal models, portal pages, and internal/external materials; performs analysis on product platforms using tools such as Morningstar Advisor Workstation, Morningstar Direct, and partner resources; works with Product Advice and Operations to fulfill Financial Advisor requests; develops knowledge of investment products and Stifel's business areas; delivers outstanding service to create an enhanced client experience; and supports department initiatives as assigned.

Education & Experience
Minimum Required: B.S. or B.A. in Finance, Business Administration or related field. Minimum Required: 0‑1 years of professional business experience or an internship in a related Financial Services area.

Systems & Technology
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. SQL proficiency is highly favorable.
