Key responsibilities
Become an expert on branded websites, focusing on conversion metrics and customer behavior
Develop and implement an A/B testing strategy to improve customer experience and conversion rates
Collaborate with development, brand managers, and design teams to optimize website performance and user experience
Required qualifications
Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and analytics tools
Strong understanding of website content management systems, including Salesforce and WordPress
Experience in driving A/B testing strategy with knowledge of statistical significance
Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
Basic HTML/CSS proficiency is a plus
