To support long-term IGEMS and MICT projects, the full-time Requirements Manager will manage user requirements, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and act as a liaison between development teams and customers in a hybrid remote work environment with occasional travel to SIPR locations.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for the user community, facilitating weekly requirements and technical meetings
Define and manage the requirements management process, including Baseline Change Requests and Software Problem Reports
Maintain a well-organized product backlog with detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Required qualifications
U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to obtain and maintain a US government Common Access Card (CAC)
7+ years of experience in Agile methodologies and requirements management
Proficiency with Jira and experience in fast-paced environments
