To support long-term programs for IGEMS and MICT projects, the full-time Requirements Manager will manage user requirements, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and act as a liaison between the development team and customers while working primarily remotely with occasional travel to SIPR locations.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary focal point for the user community by facilitating weekly requirements and stakeholder meetings
Define, track, and manage the requirements management process, including Baseline Change Requests and Discrepancy Reports
Maintain a well-organized product backlog with clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Required qualifications
U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to obtain and maintain a US government Common Access Card (CAC)
7+ years of experience in multitasking and working effectively in fast-paced environments
Proficiency with Jira and experience utilizing Agile methodologies
