We're partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed HealthTech business that is transforming access to mental health support for young people across the United States.

Following significant investment and rapid expansion, the business is looking to appoint several Account Executives to help drive growth across New York. This is an opportunity to join an ambitious early-stage company where your work will directly impact the lives of students and families while helping shape the commercial playbook of a scaling organisation.

The Opportunity
As an Account Executive, you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, building relationships with schools, counsellors, administrators, and education leaders across your territory.

You'll be responsible for generating new partnerships, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and helping educational institutions connect students with accessible mental health support services.

This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to combine commercial success with meaningful social impact.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing new partnerships

Build relationships with school counsellors, principals, district administrators, and education stakeholders

Manage a high-volume territory and consistently generate new opportunities

Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations

Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through Salesforce

Gather market feedback and customer insights to support product and go-to-market development

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams as the organisation continues to scale

About You
We're interested in speaking with ambitious sales professionals who combine strong commercial instincts with excellent relationship-building skills.

You'll likely have:

1–4 years' experience in a full-cycle sales role

A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Experience within a startup, scale-up, SaaS, HealthTech, EdTech, or technology environment

Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills

The confidence to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers

Experience managing your own pipeline and territory

A genuine interest in mission-led organisations and social impact

This role is based in

New York City

with a

hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office)

and some travel across the region.
