Responsibilities

Know the show and all characters, including each character's costume needs.
Measure all cast members for costumes.
Research historical period of the production to ensure costumes are time period appropriate.
Find, make, buy all pieces.
Oversee costume fittings and alterations.
Collarborate with lighting designer, set designer, and set painter to achieve a cohesive color scheme.
Organize costumes, dressing rooms, stage left, stage right, and all quick changes.
Teach students how to wear and use their costumes.
Ensure everyone has the correct shoes for their costumes.
Wash and store all costumes at strike.
Pay Schedule

Based on Extra-Curricular, Co-Curricular and Other Activity Assignments Schedule.
