System Requirements Analyst
Integrate with existing requirements team resources to manage end-to-end configuration. Elicit, document, analyze, manage, and test existing and new DoD system functionality and requirements. Draft and present requirements analysis to team members. Analyze existing systems and system documentation, determine gaps and issues, document as necessary. Develop use cases and other required supplemental documentation supporting system capabilities and requirements.

You Have

2+ years of experience working in a team environment

1+ years of experience with the DoW

1+ years of experience with supporting eliciting, analyzing, or tracking functional requirements

Experience in Microsoft Office

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have

Experience with interfacing with clients through varied methods, including in-person

Experience with developing briefs and presentations

Possession of excellent writing skills

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Possession of excellent time and task management skills

Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, as well as paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible for benefits. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

Work Model

Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.

Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.

Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
