Position Overview
The Product Developer is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of business system integrations and reporting solutions across our construction technology ecosystem. The Product Developer will solve operational challenges, build scalable applications, and improve workflows through technology.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned product and integrations

Support, maintain and enhance integrations between: Procore and COINS, Arcoro and COINS, ToolWatch and COINS, and Velocity and COINS

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop technical solutions

Assist with troubleshooting integration issues, data validation, testing, and system support

Design and develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide operational and business insights

Build and maintain internal web applications and user interfaces

Document technical process, workflows, and system configurations

Participate in ongoing product enhancements and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred

1-3 years of experience in product development, software development, system integration, or related technical roles

Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data workflows

Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions

Familiarity with platforms such as Procore, COINS, Arcoro, ToolWatch, or Velocity preferred

Experience supporting or developing web-based applications is a plus

Knowledge of construction, ERP, HRIS, or operations workflows preferred

Microsoft Azure or Cloud equivalent experience preferred

Understanding of system integrations and data synchronization processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify scalable solutions

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Continuous learning mindset with adaptability to new technologies and systems

The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
