Product Developer

Client:

Florida Department of Financial Services.
TekBank is seeking an experienced

Product Developer

to support a large-scale technology initiative for a State of Florida agency in Tallahassee.
This position will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define business workflows, and support the design, development, testing, integration, and implementation of enterprise technology solutions. The project is a multiyear initiative involving

Pega-based solutions .
Responsibilities

Gather, validate, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Work with stakeholders to define and document business processes and workflows.
Analyze and design technical solutions based on business and customer requirements.
Participate throughout the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, integration, and implementation.
Develop design specifications and parameters consistent with established architecture.
Research and evaluate technologies and tools that may improve product development.
Collaborate with business users, developers, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
Troubleshoot product issues and support enhancements and improvements.
Develop technical documentation, product documentation, and user manuals.
Provide regular project status and activity reporting.
Support knowledge transfer to internal technical and business teams.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field,

or equivalent relevant professional experience .
Experience supporting enterprise software or technology development initiatives.
Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
Experience working across the software/product development lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements and solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Ability to work

onsite in Tallahassee, Florida .
Preferred

Experience supporting large enterprise or government technology initiatives.
Experience with business process/workflow applications.
Exposure to

Pega or Pega-based enterprise solutions .
Experience producing technical documentation and facilitating knowledge transfer.
