We're partnering with an exciting early-stage company backed by
Browder Capital , one of the earliest investors in Wander.com, to find their next Junior Account Executive based in New York City.
This is a rare opportunity to join a well-capitalized, founder-led team at the ground floor, with a clear career progression path and meaningful upside as the company scales.
About the role
You'll own a pipeline of SMB or mid-market prospects, run discovery and demos, and close deals end-to-end — with strong support from an experienced team and a structured ramp program.
What you'll do
Own a full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and close
Build relationships with prospects and understand their business needs before positioning a solution
Run multi-channel outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn) to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date; forecast deals with integrity
Partner with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success for a seamless buyer experience
Hit monthly quota and bring energy, curiosity, and coachability to your craft every day
What we're looking for
Someone who is kind, smart, and organized.
1–3 years in a closing or quota-carrying role (SaaS preferred; SDR-to-AE transitions welcome)
Strong communicator: written, verbal, and on a live demo or Zoom call
Organized and self-directed; you manage your own pipeline without being chased
Coachable and hungry: you take feedback well and want to improve every week
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, etc.) is a plus
