ASC Promotions Coordinator (FWS) 2026-2027

Job Description Summary
ASC Promotions Coordinators are responsible for initiating meaningful interactions with La Verne students, faculty, and staff, connecting them with the resources and services offered by the Academic Success Center via social media, digital and print content, promotions and outreach efforts, and ASC events. They engage in outreach and promotions, aiming to enhance ASC utilization, ASC messaging, and community access to ASC supports and offerings.

Minimum Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills and creativity

Project management skills and accountability

Technology savvy and interested in learning new tools, apps, and programs

Familiarity with social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Promotions, marketing, or customer service experience

Familiarity with the function and services offered by the ASC

Work Schedule
Work schedule varies; 8 – 10 hrs/week required for this position.
