Owning the video business for Launch Potato, the full-time remote Performance Video Growth Leader will manage campaign execution, strategy, and P&L for YouTube and other video platforms, focusing on scaling performance across various insurance verticals.
Key responsibilities
Oversee P&L, performance metrics, and campaign execution for YouTube, targeting significant growth and profitability
Develop and implement multi-vertical scaling strategies tailored to distinct customer journeys and monetization dynamics
Lead creative strategy and testing frameworks to optimize video campaigns across platforms while ensuring alignment with audience intent and funnel stages
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios
3+ years of hands-on experience scaling YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or other video-first platforms with substantial budgets
Proven track record in affiliate lead generation, particularly in insurance or financial services
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools and advanced Excel/Sheets
Experience in building and leading cross-functional teams and developing repeatable playbooks for scaling video campaigns
