Leading the ShipperGuide TMS team, the full-time remote Director of SaaS Sales will manage a personal sales quota, develop and scale the sales team, and drive end-to-end sales strategy and revenue growth while maximizing cross-sell opportunities.
Key responsibilities:

Carry and achieve personal annual sales quota while managing a pipeline of new and expansion opportunities
Develop and execute a unified go-to-market strategy to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
Establish repeatable sales processes and ensure consistent adoption of tools and reporting standards

Required qualifications:

7+ years in SaaS TMS sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role with direct quota-carrying responsibility
Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals while leading a team to exceed ARR targets
Experience in selling within supply chain, logistics, or transportation industries
Strong operational discipline with the ability to build scalable sales processes
Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and sales analytics tools
