Providing technical support and operations management, the full-time State Licensed Operations Technician will assist with the installation and operation of hydroelectric equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Deliver technical support and maintenance for hydroelectric equipment, addressing issues and ensuring operational efficiency
Engage daily with clients and technicians to discuss equipment status and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Complete administrative tasks responsibly and share best practices to enhance service quality and performance metrics
Required qualifications
Technical degree in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electronics, or Mechatronics
Prior experience with the operation, maintenance, and installation of hydroelectric equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Willingness to work on-site in Igarapava
