California Licensed Operations Technician

To support operations at the Forward RNG Facility in Manteca, CA, the full-time California Licensed Operations Technician will ensure plant safety, compliance, and reliability while managing daily operations and maintenance activities with a dedicated team.
Key responsibilities:

Establish and promote a safety-centric team culture while ensuring compliance with DOT requirements
Operate and maintain the facility in compliance with permits, coordinating maintenance activities efficiently
Support the Plant Manager in budgeting, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives for plant reliability

Required qualifications:

High School graduate or GED
Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in operation and maintenance within an industrial setting
Valid US driver's license
Experience in Renewable Natural Gas or Natural Gas Pipeline Operations and Maintenance is preferred
Formal technical training through military service, trade school, or relevant industrial experience is desired
