Job Description
We are seeking a results‑driven
Field Marketing Manager, North America
to plan and execute regional marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue, and support product adoption across the North American market.
This role is responsible for translating global field marketing strategy into high‑impact, localized field marketing programs aligned with North American sales priorities. You will work closely with regional sales leadership, SDRs, product marketing, and the wider marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns, events, and enablement that convert demand into pipeline.
This is a
hands‑on role
focused on execution, optimization, and regional impact, reporting to the Director of Field Marketing. This is a full‑time position, working in a hybrid model, and reporting to our Scottsdale office at least 3‑4 days a week. The target compensation package for this role is between USD 95,000 and $105,000, subject to internal equity and years of experience.
Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:
Own and execute the
North America field marketing plan , aligned to regional sales targets and global marketing strategy.
Identify regional market opportunities, buyer personas, and vertical‑specific requirements.
Collaborate with the Director of Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, and ABM & Customer marketing team to support integrated, full‑funnel programs.
Contribute insights from the field to improve campaign strategy, messaging, and execution.
Campaign Execution
Plan and execute
integrated, multi‑touch campaigns across events, webinars, email, digital, and partner channels.
Manage and deliver
regional programs including:
Industry and partner events
Trade shows and exhibitions
VIP and customer events
Webinars and virtual programs
Email campaigns and nurture programs
Localize global campaigns and messaging to ensure relevance for North American audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure field programs leverage the right positioning, messaging, and content.
Partner closely with North America sales leadership, SDRs, and account and channel teams to drive pipeline creation and acceleration.
Align campaigns to sales priorities , target accounts, and quarterly revenue goals.
Provide sales with relevant tools,
content, talking points, and insights
to improve conversion throughout the funnel.
Maintain tight feedback loops with sales to continuously optimize programs and lead quality.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
Track and report on key performance metrics including:
Leads, MQLs, SQLs
Pipeline contribution and influenced revenue
Analyze campaign performance and ROI to inform optimization and future planning.
Ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution in HubSpot and Salesforce in partnership with Marketing Operations.
Budget & Operations
Manage the North America field marketing budget, ensuring spend is aligned to impact and ROI.
Coordinate with Marketing Operations to ensure effective use of marketing automation, CRM, and reporting tools.
Apply best practices in campaign execution, process, and measurement.
Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is strongly recommended.
Experience:
Minimum of
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing , with at least
3 years in a field marketing role .
Experience in the
B2B SaaS industry
or cybersecurity a strong plus.

Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g.
HubSpot ) and CRM systems (e.g.
Salesforce ).
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
Strong collaboration skills and confidence working with sales and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and optimize campaigns.
Strong copywriting and messaging skills,
including technical and B2B SaaS content.
High attention to detail and strong operational rigor.
A limited amount of travel may be required.
