Marketing Manager – Overland Park, KS (Full‑time, Hybrid)
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies and communications that align with corporate priorities, compliance, regulatory requirements, company culture, and brand. As part of the Corporate Marketing Department, the Marketing Manager leads marketing activations by coordinating with internal and external partners to create a wide range of marketing and communications deliverables.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Marketing Director and others to develop campaigns and programs that are aligned with corporate goals.

Establish positive relationships with executives, business leaders, and stakeholders; collaborate with managers to help formulate strategy and influence production.

Support the bank’s lines of business and markets, with a primary focus on private‑wealth products and services, in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and deliverables.

Develop and manage marketing programs, including collateral, website content, social media, email marketing, and other formats.

Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, events, and advertising on an ongoing basis.

Write copy and help create marketing collateral, advertisements, and media.

Track marketing programs from inception to completion and provide ROI analysis.

Manage marketing vendor projects and relationships as appropriate.

Conduct market research as needed; track reports and analyze results.

Ensure brand communication is consistent with company and brand positioning.

Ensure all advertising and customer communications comply with current laws and regulations.

Perform duties in accordance with industry laws, regulations, and company policies.

Uphold Fair and Responsible Banking practices and the Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines.

Participate in the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act program.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Preferred

College degree in Marketing, Business, English, Journalism, or equivalent experience.

5–7 years of marketing experience in banking, private banking, investment management, wealth management, or a regulated sales industry.

Past expertise in MarTech tools and data platforms (CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics dashboards, social media tools).

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Ability to organize, multitask, work independently on several projects, and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.

Ability to read, interpret, and apply compliance laws and regulations.

Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.

Working Conditions
The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees may spend extended periods sitting or standing, using hands to operate computers, and reaching for work‑related tasks. Regular walking may be required, along with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distant vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
