At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity. We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.

We're seeking a Lifestyle & Communications Coordinator to join our team at Carolina Oaks by Four Seasons, a premier 55+ active adult community in beautiful Bluffton, South Carolina.

Located just minutes from Hilton Head Island, Savannah, and the May River, Carolina Oaks offers residents an exceptional lifestyle inspired by the charm, hospitality, and natural beauty of the South Carolina Lowcountry. The Bluffton and Hilton Head region continues to be one of the fastest-growing active adult destinations in the Southeast, attracting residents from across the country who seek resort-quality amenities, meaningful social connections, and an active, engaging lifestyle.

In this role, you'll help create the experiences that make Carolina Oaks feel like home. From coordinating events and supporting resident communications to welcoming new neighbors and helping residents stay connected, you'll play an important role in fostering a vibrant, hospitality-driven community experience.

This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create memorable experiences, and contribute to a community where connection, belonging, and active living are part of everyday life.

If you're someone who enjoys helping people, planning events, creating engaging communications, and bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything you do, we'd love to meet you.
