Supporting the delivery of a mission-critical Department of Veterans Affairs cloud platform, the full-time remote Technical Requirements Analyst will manage requirements and service requests, document capabilities, and track platform dependencies.
Key responsibilities:
Establish and maintain VA-approved policies and procedures for processing requirements and service requests using Jira
Monitor and report on service request response times against defined SLA standards, producing regular trend reports
Provide stakeholder training on requirements and service request intake procedures at least once per Program Increment
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in information technology, business administration, systems engineering, or a related field
Five years of experience in technical requirements management and analysis
Proven experience establishing and managing service request intake processes using Jira
Knowledge of SAFe Agile ceremonies and their relationship to requirements management
Active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance or eligibility for one
