Client Accounting Services Director

Leading a growing Client Accounting Services division, the full-time salaried Client Accounting Services Director will manage a team, enhance client relationships, and drive practice growth while working remotely across multiple East Coast locations.
Key responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Serve as the senior relationship lead for key clients, providing strategic financial guidance and actionable insights
Partner with firm leadership to identify growth opportunities and expand advisory services within the practice

Required qualifications

8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with leadership in public accounting or advisory services
Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or similar tools
Strong consultative and advisory mindset with a focus on client relationship building
CPA designation is strongly preferred but not mandatory
Proven ability to improve systems, processes, and service delivery in a client-facing environment
