Content Developer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Developer to support the development and execution of content, product, and media asset management initiatives for a leading e-commerce platform. This role requires experience working with CMS and catalog management systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with CMS platforms such as AEM, WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
2+ years of experience with catalog management tools such as Salsify, SAP CRM, or FileMaker
Experience supporting global e-commerce content development and execution
Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or SVN
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain content, products, and media assets within publishing platforms
Support feature launches, testing activities, and production deployments
Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely project delivery
Create and maintain detailed documentation for content and feature setups
Track release deliverables, monitor quality, and report key metrics
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve content and deployment issues proactively
