Ongoing support for (key) account managers from acquisition, through the start of the project to series production (SOP) and subsequent series production support, including commercial support for change management
Processing of customer requirements/inquiries, incl. coordination of meeting deadlines and customer communication
Preparation, creation and dispatch of quotations, including coordination with internal project managers, controlling and the costing department
Maintaining the quotation and customer database as well as the OEM / 1st / 2nd tier supplier portals
Creation of reports and analyses
Making and preparing appointments for customer visits and external customer appointments
Your profile
Successfully completed commercial vocational training / studies with a business administration focus or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the automotive sector or in industries with a high scaling factor
Knowledge of project management
High degree of cost awareness and goal orientation
Ability to work in a team, organizational skills and flexibility
Ideally experience of working in matrix organizations
Assertiveness, high level of initiative and independent working style
High customer and service orientation
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
Willingness to undertake occasional business trips in Europe
