Role Overview
This is a hands‑on, in‑office role focused on content execution, community management, creator outreach, and social media operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and passionate about beauty and social media.
Responsibilities
Content and Social Media
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging platforms
Assist with content creation, filming, editing, and posting
Write captions, create story content, and support community engagement
Monitor trends, sounds, creators, and platform updates
Maintain social media content calendars and posting schedules
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Community Management
Respond to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries
Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase community interaction
Escalate customer service issues to the appropriate teams
Support brand reputation management across social channels
Influencer and Creator Support
Assist with influencer outreach and relationship management
Coordinate product gifting and creator seeding programs
Track influencer deliverables and content submissions
Support affiliate and TikTok Shop creator initiatives
Maintain creator databases and reporting
Reporting and Analytics
Compile weekly and monthly social media performance reports
Track content performance, engagement, follower growth, and key KPIs
Identify top‑performing content and recommend future opportunities
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
Cross‑Functional
Assist with product launches, retailer campaigns, events, and brand activations
Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure deadlines are met
Support photoshoots, content days, and creator events as needed
Qualifications
1–3 years of social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing experience
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Canva, CapCut, Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Passion for beauty, wellness, fashion, and social media trends
Beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer brand experience preferred
Experience working with influencers and affiliates
Basic photo and video editing skills
Familiarity with TikTok Shop and creator programs
