Remote Client Engagement & CX Strategy Lead

NPS Prism is looking for a Client Engagement Manager to build and nurture client relationships, guiding them in utilizing NPS Prism's platform. If you have over 4 years of experience in consulting or account management, with strong client service skills, this is the role for you.
You will manage strategic clients to ensure they derive value from insights, advocate for CX excellence, and collaborate with internal teams. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the position is remote based in the USA.
