Sales Operations

– Prepare proposals and contracts, track sales calls, and maintain organized, accurate sales records.
Market Research & Lead Support

– Identify potential clients, conduct online research, and help track market trends and opportunities.
Follow-Up & Satisfaction

– Check in with guests and clients before and after events to ensure expectations are met—and exceeded.
Administrative Excellence

– Keep files organized, distribute internal communications, and support the team with essential administrative tasks.
