Athletic Facilities Manager
This position reports directly to and is evaluated annually by the Athletic Director. Basic knowledge of rules of all sports played at KSD required. Site supervision for all home games in entirety. Final collection and safe storage of all cash boxes at the end of each event. The Facility Manager ensures that all facilities are set up and in a "ready to compete" condition prior to the event. Responsible for all aspects of facilities management for all middle school and high school athletic events during fall and winter seasons, and limited responsibilities during spring events. Supervision of 2-3 Saturday Tournaments. Other duties as assigned.
Appropriate experience with secondary students. Availability to attend all required activities including weeknight and weekend events. Desire to improve the program and work with secondary students. Previous experience is preferred but not required. OSPI successful background check through the FBI and WSP within the past two years.
Ability to communicate effectively and positively with students, parents, community, staff and administration. Ability to plan and project future needs. Ability to supervise students and spectators during events. Ability to complete all assigned duties with professionalism. Ability to take constructive criticism and set goals for improvement.
