Role Overview
You will be the primary relationship owner for every family at your campus, building trust, identifying potential issues early, maintaining presence at critical touchpoints, leading substantive discussions about Alpha’s AI‑powered approach, and creating community programming that fosters connection, advocacy, and organic referrals.
What You Will Be Doing
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for every family at your campus, cultivating trust that deepens over time
- Identify potential issues early and address them with discretion, efficiency, and thoughtful judgment
- Be consistently present during critical touchpoints: morning arrival, afternoon departure, and carefully planned parent gatherings
- Facilitate ongoing, substantive discussions about Alpha’s AI‑powered approach with highly analytical, technology‑savvy families
- Create and continuously improve community programming that fosters connection, advocacy, and organic referrals
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Overseeing admissions pipelines or enrollment metrics—your work begins once families have committed
- Operating primarily from behind a desk or through email correspondence—this demands physical presence
- Using templated responses or avoiding difficult questions regarding AI or educational philosophy
- Depending on established processes—you will create frameworks where none currently exist
- Viewing families as transactional accounts—this role values discernment over task execution
