Contract: Permanent, full-time
Reporting to: Chief Growth Officer
We are hiring a Head of Brand / Growth to build and scale an acquisition engine from the ground up. This is a 0-1 role — ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex growth challenges rather than optimising existing playbooks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid acquisition across key digital channels (e.g. display and search), managing substantial annual budgets
- Build and scale growth loops and campaigns across multiple international markets
- Improve attribution, tracking, and reporting across the full customer journey
- Develop and optimise lifecycle marketing strategies across relevant channels
- Translate customer insights into effective messaging, landing pages, and creative in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience scaling paid acquisition on platforms such as Meta, Google, or similar within a startup environment (not agency-side)
- Track record of managing significant performance marketing budgets with full ownership of reporting
- Strong familiarity with analytics and marketing tools, including GA4, GTM, and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Understanding of multi-touch attribution tools (e.g. Dreamdata, HockeyStack or similar) is advantageous
- Experience working on B2C / DTC products with high average order values (4-figure range), or comparable B2B SMB offerings
About You
- Analytical and data-driven, with a strong product-oriented mindset
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete or ambiguous data
- Focused on customer understanding rather than relying on channel tactics alone
- Able to think from first principles and build scalable growth systems
- Highly self-sufficient, with the ability to identify and solve problems independently
- Adaptable, with experience across different companies, products, or growth stages
- 0-1 experience , having built or significantly shaped a growth function from scratch
