About the role:
The Territory Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Central Maryland, responsible for driving sales growth and market adoption of Aroa Biosurgery’s products within an assigned geographic territory. You'll manage relationships with surgeons, clinicians, hospital decision‑makers, and distributors, as well as conducting product presentations, in‑servicing, and clinical education in operating rooms and outpatient care settings.
In this role you will identify new business opportunities, execute territory sales plans, and provide feedback from the field to inform marketing, product development, and customer support initiatives. This role is operating room focused with consistent customer site visits, conference attendance and training events, and collaboration with cross‑functional internal teams.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven success in medical device, biotech, or healthcare sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets. Experience in reconstructive, trauma, plastic, general, colorectal, orthopaedic, or lower extremity surgery is highly desirable.
- Operating room (OR) sales experience, with strong hospital and clinical exposure and the ability to build trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Strong territory management, commercial acumen, and a results‑driven approach, with experience in account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM systems.
- Confidence working in clinical environments, including case support and communicating complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and self‑management skills, with the ability to work independently and drive growth within a territory.
