You Will

  • Conduct regular meetings with business units.
  • Consult with leadership, providing HR guidance.
  • Support HRBPs in building leadership capacity using performance‑management frameworks.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Manage complex employee‑relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and partner with the legal department.
  • Provide performance‑management guidance to line managers.
  • Work closely with employees to improve relationships, morale and productivity.
  • Interpret and apply HR policy.
  • Ensure HRBPs address employee complaints and investigations effectively.
  • Collaborate with COEs to develop tools, resources and training.
  • Offer guidance on restructuring, workforce and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs for units and executive coaching.
  • Evaluate, monitor and follow up on training programs.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have

  • At least 7 years in an HR leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience interpreting and advising on FMLA, FEHA, DLSE, ADA, ACA, ADEA, and EEO/AA laws.
  • Analytical skills for training and development needs assessment.
  • Experience re‑engineering departmental operations and procedures.
  • Ability to motivate teams, manage multiple projects and facilitate group meetings.
  • Initiative, judgment, discretion and decision‑making to achieve objectives.
  • Integrity, deep knowledge and proactive customer‑service approach.
  • Planning, organizational, analytical, problem‑solving, leadership, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of HR information systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team‑player capable of independent work.
  • Detail‑oriented.
