You Will
- Conduct regular meetings with business units.
- Consult with leadership, providing HR guidance.
- Support HRBPs in building leadership capacity using performance‑management frameworks.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manage complex employee‑relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and partner with the legal department.
- Provide performance‑management guidance to line managers.
- Work closely with employees to improve relationships, morale and productivity.
- Interpret and apply HR policy.
- Ensure HRBPs address employee complaints and investigations effectively.
- Collaborate with COEs to develop tools, resources and training.
- Offer guidance on restructuring, workforce and succession planning.
- Identify training needs for units and executive coaching.
- Evaluate, monitor and follow up on training programs.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have
- At least 7 years in an HR leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience interpreting and advising on FMLA, FEHA, DLSE, ADA, ACA, ADEA, and EEO/AA laws.
- Analytical skills for training and development needs assessment.
- Experience re‑engineering departmental operations and procedures.
- Ability to motivate teams, manage multiple projects and facilitate group meetings.
- Initiative, judgment, discretion and decision‑making to achieve objectives.
