You Will
Conduct regular meetings with business units.
Consult with leadership, providing HR guidance.
Support HRBPs in building leadership capacity using performance‑management frameworks.
Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manage complex employee‑relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and partner with the legal department.
Provide performance‑management guidance to line managers.
Work closely with employees to improve relationships, morale and productivity.
Interpret and apply HR policy.
Ensure HRBPs address employee complaints and investigations effectively.
Collaborate with COEs to develop tools, resources and training.
Offer guidance on restructuring, workforce and succession planning.
Identify training needs for units and executive coaching.
Evaluate, monitor and follow up on training programs.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have
At least 7 years in an HR leadership position.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Experience interpreting and advising on FMLA, FEHA, DLSE, ADA, ACA, ADEA, and EEO/AA laws.
Analytical skills for training and development needs assessment.
Experience re‑engineering departmental operations and procedures.
Ability to motivate teams, manage multiple projects and facilitate group meetings.
Initiative, judgment, discretion and decision‑making to achieve objectives.
Integrity, deep knowledge and proactive customer‑service approach.
Planning, organizational, analytical, problem‑solving, leadership, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of HR information systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team‑player capable of independent work.
Detail‑oriented.
