Overview
As a Marketing Customer Strategy (MCS) team member, you will blend strategic, analytical, and creative thinking to drive customer‑centric growth for your clients across industries and geographies. You will consult on brand & marketing strategy, growth strategy, value proposition, innovation, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Understand client situations and conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
- Analyze findings to uncover insights about customer motivations, perceptions, and behaviors.
- Work with the case team to synthesize recommendations and contribute substantially to case delivery in terms of thinking and project management.
- Gather, organize and summarize client information on business strategy, industry dynamics, best‑practice analyses, communications audits and customer insights.
- Conduct in‑depth interviews with client management and key stakeholders.
- Support case‑team planning and analysis of quantitative and qualitative customer/prospect research, from discrete‑choice analysis to focus groups.
- Collaborate with consultants and designers on brainstorming sessions, develop storylines for client presentations, and present findings to internal and external teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, brand strategy, brand management, innovation, or strategic planning.
- Outstanding communications, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing complex data sets using tools such as SPSS, Excel, and SQL.
- Analytical rigor and flexibility in applying solutions to a variety of clients and industries.
- Willingness to travel and to explore new ideas.
Compensation
The applicable base pay for this role ranges from $105,000 to $130,000. The base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for performance‑based incentives and a competitive total rewards package that includes health benefits, 401(k) savings, and employee assistance programs.
