Senior Marketing Manager
Salary
$180k-$220k + Equity
Company Description
Gigs.com is a $100M‑funded tech company backed by Google, Y Combinator, and Ribbit Capital, building the operating system for mobile services. Much like Stripe simplified payments, Gigs.com enables businesses to embed global connectivity into their products via API, bridging the gap between traditional telecom carriers and modern software platforms.
Job Description
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the brand narrative and marketing execution for Gigs.com. This high‑ownership role spans content, performance marketing, AI‑driven distribution, and events. Working directly with leadership, you will define how our “Stripe for telecom” story scales globally, reaching fintechs and HR platforms to power the next generation of connectivity.
Location
New York, USA or San Francisco, USA
Why this role is remarkable
- Join a high‑growth scale‑up backed by nearly $100M in funding from premier investors including Google, Y Combinator, and Ribbit Capital.
- Collaborate with a world‑class team of “business athletes” and product builders from category‑defining companies like Stripe, Airbnb, and Shopify.
- Take on a high‑ownership role where you define the marketing playbook from scratch rather than executing an existing one in a complex, frontier market.
What You Will Do
- Own the Gigs.com brand narrative and content strategy across all digital touchpoints, including the website, social media, and deep‑dive case studies.
- Develop and optimize a full‑stack marketing engine encompassing performance channels like LinkedIn and Google Ads alongside high‑impact event marketing.
- Lead the company’s AI‑native distribution strategy, ensuring Gigs.com is accurately represented and discovered across emerging LLM and AI‑driven platforms.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven marketing leader with experience in a high‑growth tech startup or agency environment, ideally with a background in making complex technical products simple.
- Versatile storyteller who can move seamlessly between high‑level brand strategy, performance marketing analytics, and on‑the‑ground event execution.
- Power user of modern AI tools who treats them as a force multiplier for creative output, speed, and data‑driven decision‑making.
