We have over 1,000 active clients, a large production team, and an ambitious growth plan — and we're looking for a Director of Client Fulfillment & Production Operations to lead one of the most important departments in the company.
This is an in-studio, operational leadership position based in South Beach, Miami. You will oversee a large-scale post-production and fulfillment department, manage 30+ editors and coordinators, drive KPI performance, and ensure client projects are delivered on time, at scale.
If you prefer a predictable corporate environment, this role is probably not a fit.
THE DETAILS
- Location: In-studio, South Beach, Miami Beach (not a remote role)
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
You will own the entire post-production and fulfillment pipeline. This includes:
- Managing 30+ video editors, quality‑control reviewers, and project coordinators
- Handling escalated client situations
- Driving department KPIs and reporting performance to senior leadership
- Building and continuously improving operational systems and SOPs
- Maintaining accountability across all teams and deadlines
Your responsibility is simple: Make sure projects move. Make sure clients are taken care of. Make sure deadlines are hit. Make sure the team performs.
WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE
- Running team lead check‑ins and accountability meetings
- Coaching and developing underperforming team members
- Reviewing capacity and staffing needs
- Identifying and removing active production bottlenecks
- Monitoring client delivery timelines and project status

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You may come from:
- Marketing, creative, or SEO agencies
- Customer success organizations
- TV, film, or production companies
- Podcast networks or media companies
- High‑volume fulfillment teams or service businesses
You know how to manage people, priorities, deadlines, and performance simultaneously. You know how to build accountability, handle pressure, and lead during chaos.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in operations, fulfillment, client success, or production leadership
- Experience managing teams of 20+ people in a high‑volume client environment
- Strong KPI tracking and performance reporting experience
- Experience building systems, SOPs, and scalable processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
BONUS EXPERIENCE
- Agency operations or client success leadership
- Experience scaling teams beyond 25+ people
SUCCESS METRICS
You will be measured on:
- Client fulfillment speed and on‑time delivery rates
- Team productivity and project completion rates
- KPI performance and bottleneck resolution
IMPORTANT
This role is demanding. You will oversee a large team, manage client issues, and make difficult decisions daily. This is a role for operators, not spectators.
