Johnson Brothers is a family‑owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer. We are looking for a Sales Representative to grow our established spirits portfolio in the on‑premise customer base.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure consistent customer contact.
Plan and execute sales initiatives.
Handle all customer related issues promptly and friendly.
Have full understanding of products and promotional schedules.
Make effective sales presentations.
Achieve company objectives and grow business.
Identify and nurture new and undersold accounts.
Use all available POS to enhance selling efforts.
Know all deals, programming and initiatives the company has.
Follow necessary steps when making sales calls.
Provide reliable and consistent customer service to accounts.
Engage in face‑to‑face interaction with customers.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Handle all paperwork issues properly and timely.
Required Qualifications
Self‑motivated, disciplined, goal‑oriented, timely, and able to prioritize.
Ability to connect well with a large range of buyer types.
Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Presentation building and presenting skills.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
Availability to work outside 8‑5 schedule, including evenings and occasional weekends.
Minimum 2 years at a Sales Representative role or higher.
BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Must pass criminal background and MVR checks.
Worker Sub‑Type: Regular Time; Type: Full time.
