Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (2nd Line) at Ahmedabad HQ for our Cardio Diabetic (Metakare) Segment.

Job Responsibilities

Monitoring and controlling sales & marketing activities

Training to the field staff effectively

Conceptualizing and developing product positioning for primary and secondary sales

Ensuring consistency in sales and preparing deliverables and targets for all team members

Driving team members to achieve targets in line with the activities and focus areas of the organization

Sales forecasting at monthly and quarterly levels, managing CFA, ensuring timely reporting through the team in company prescribed formats

Involvement in competency-based recruitment process and coordinating with RSM, ZSM, GM, and Zonal HR
