A leading international law firm is seeking a solicitor (NQ-4)to join its highly regarded Technology & Commercial Contracts team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
This is an excellent opportunity to build expertise in a fast-moving area of law, advising on a broad range of technology, outsourcing, SaaS and digital transformation projects for major UK and international clients.
The Role

Draft and negotiate commercial and technology agreements
Advise on technology procurement, SaaS and outsourcing arrangements
Support large-scale digital transformation and implementation projects
Work closely with colleagues across a range of specialist practice areas
Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities
About You

NQ-4 years' PQE
Experience in commercial contracts, technology, IP, data or related areas
Strong drafting and communication skills
A commercial approach and interest in technology and innovation
A collaborative and proactive mindset
