To support contract administration and rebate processing, the full-time remote Loyalty Rebate Analyst will assist with customer pricing, review rebates, prepare sales reporting, and respond to inquiries related to contracts and payments.
Key responsibilities
Assist with customer pricing and contract setup within the rebating systems
Review and prepare customer rebate statements and sales reporting for internal teams
Respond to customer and field force inquiries regarding contracts, rebates, and payments
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum of one year experience in customer-oriented contract management or pricing
Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills required
Process-oriented with the ability to contribute to creating new procedures
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy
